"Light I'm getting tired." a small timid voice spoke up.
"I know Air. Just a little longer." an older stronger voice said.
"She dose have a point Light. can we rest for a while?" this voice was...well plain odd, it had a note of kindness but it also had much mystery.
"All right. how about over there?" the oldest said. there was no response aside from the sound of three bodies sitting on the grass.

Lexi froze just as she was about to head into the shelter. She sniffed the air. "Guys? I think there are more here than we thought..." She could smell it. A wolf, a rabbit, and a bird.

Sinopa smiled slightly as she heard the exchange. "please excuse me," she said as she began to run silently on the soft grass. It tickled her feet as she ran. Eventually, she reached the three and hid behind a small tree. She watched them curiously.

Willow turned, she could smell them on the air. She followed Sinopa over to the three animal people. She stayed hidden, afraid of scaring them away. She wished that she lived in a world where she never had to fear for people reacting negatively to her.

Air stood up and started to climb into the tree the three were sitting under.

Sinopa watched a little longer. Should she walk over to them? She decided against it. Let them see her first.

"light." Just's voice was alert and quiet.
"yeah I can smell them."
"what should we do?"
"wait. see if they make the first move."

Sinopa's ears pricked. She didn't like making the first move. She retreated into the shadows further. She would wait for them. She sat on the ground and continued to watch.

"are you sure that's wise?"
"What are you two muttering about?" Air said jumping down from the tree.
"Nothing." Light said a little to quickly.
"OK well I;m going for a walk." She said and headed off toward Sinopa's hiding place.(totally be chance)

Sinopa stood quickly and quietly as she saw one of the people from the small group walk towards her. She thought about hiding. Would that be wise? She didn't have enough time to think before the other was near her.

Willow watched, seeing them with her heat vision, snake eyes. One was heading toward Sinopa, Willow didn't want them to be caught 'spying' so she stood up. She walked over to them, "Hello, I couldn't help but notice you here. I'm Willow. Who are you?" She looked at the three. The one looking to be avian was about to stumble upon Sinops.

Sinopa looked over to Willow in surprise. Was she protecting her? She thought about walking out of her hiding place but felt uncomfortable at the thought. She slouched a little. She sent a glance over to Willow, a questioning look. It asked if she should stay where she was, or introduce herself.

Willow noticed the look Sinopa gave her. She wasn't sure if it would be good for her to come out, they were yet to find out if the three creatures were friendly. So she just shrugged, waiting for the three new ones to introduce themselves.

Sinopa looked between the group and Willow. She would stay until the names were announced, then she might leave her spot and join Willow.

Light stood up.
"Air come back." She said and Air ran over."I'm Light."
"I'm Air." she said and jumped on Just's back, "and this is Just!"
"We not mean any harm. we were just looking for food when we stopped for a break."

Sinopa giggled. The sisters looked like they enjoyed each others company. She wished she could see her little brother and her older sister. She wouldn't be able to though. She knew this based on how she is now. She would never fit in ever again. Her family would shun her and society would torture her and class her as a monster, a freak of nature. But she wasn't natural. This was society's fault.

Willow nodded. She like the light behavior out of these three. Their happy behavior infectious. "Do you mind if I sit in on your break? I would enjoy speaking with you three. I have a friend with me too." Willow gestured to Sinopa who's giggle gave her hiding spot away.

Sinopa came out from behind the tree, her tail swishing softly behind her. She had a smile on her face that made her look more attractive than usual. She hadn't smiled for so long and she hadn't laughed for longer. It felt nice.

"not at all." Light said. Air got off Just's back and glomped Willow.

Willow smiled at the glomping and went over to the tree they had sat under. "Would you mind sharing with me how you escaped the scientists?" She knew that this was probably a rude question to keep asking people when she didn't know them that well, but Willow couldn't help it. She was curious and loved information.
