Karin blushed and looked down. "L-Like what?"

Tarvo chuckled. "The squirrel meat," he said. He plucked another small piece of meat off the stick and popped it inot his mouth smiling.

Karin smiled. "Yeah, it's delicious." She finished hers off.

Tarvo chuckled then ate the last piece of meat on his stick. He placed the stick on the fire and watched as it caught flame. He wished his sisters were around. They would love Karin's company.

Karin let out a small yawn, despite her nap earlier she was still tired.

Tarvo looked back to Karin and smiled. "You should get some sleep. I'll watch the fire, keep it going."

"But what about you?" She asked.

He pointed to the fire. "More wood. I'll go and get some. You should sleep."

Karin looked at him for a moment then nodded and grabbed her blanket, curling up on the floor to sleep.

Tarvo smiled as he stood. He walked to the door then glanced back at Karin. He sighe then left the tree house to collect wood. When he returned, he placed some wood on the fire and sat on the opposite wall to her. He shut his eyes and reflected on his day. Very productive indeed, he thought.

The next morning Karin woke up to find herself still in the tree house. "So it wasn't a dream..." She saw Tarvo asleep on the wall opposite her and she brought the blanket over to him and draped it over his slouched form and went to stoke the fire.

Tarvo stirred as Karin placed the blanket on him. He opened his eyes slowly to see her poking the ashes of the fire with a stick and closed them again, sleep quickly enveloping him.

Karin didn't notice his momentary wake and got the fire going again, sitting back and watching the small flames.

Tarvo woke a short while later as the heat crept it's way into his body. He sat up and rubbed an eye.

Karin looked over at him and smiled. "Good morning."

He looked up at her, one eye open, the other still being rubbed. "Morning."

Karin chuckled. "You're cute today as well I see."

Tarvo was slightly confused for a little while, then smiled, remembering yesterday's events. "Thanks."

Karin smiled. "You know, most guys would be offended for being called cute."

"Well I'm not like most guys. I'm a tribal boy."

Karin chuckled. "Aww, but that's no fun." She joked. "I'll just have to find a different button to push."

"But I don't have buttons," he said with a slight laugh.

Karin pretends to pout. "You are just no fun..." She then laughs and smiles at him. "Oh well."

Tarvo stood and stretched. He walked over to Karin and sat next to her, resting his hands above the fire for warmth. "It's a cool morning huh?"

Karin nodded, shivering slightly in her shorts and tank top despite the fire.
