Gandal slowly lay her on a bed. He took a glance at her nervously, he had no idea what to do.

Kai shot up from her position. "Ow." she gasped as she clutched her forehead.

Gandal gently pushed herself back to the bed, "I ain't no expert at medical stuff but you need rest." He smiled warmly.

"Don't let me go back to sleep. Please. Every time I shut my eyes a new one comes." She tried to go against Gandal's hand but she was too weak. She flopped back onto the bed and began to sob.

"Rest. You don;t have to sleep." Gandal said, his voice wavering.

Kai wiped her tears and found Gandal's hand, holding it tight. "I never tell anyone when I'm sick," she said.

'Why?' He said, taking a seat on an opposite bed. Maybe it'd be best if he stayed here with her for a little while.

"It's a weakness. I don't like people to know when I am weak. It makes me feel... stupid."

"You shouldn't." He said, glaring at her, a from crossing his face.

"You have no idea how much I have come to trust you," she said. "And respect you. I couldn't be half the person you are."

Gandal adjusted himself on the bed so he was in a comfortable position... "I am not a good person, Kai. Mark my words." He pressed a hand to his head, sighing.

She sat up. "You are to me. That's all that matters." She smiled warmly.

"I need to tell you something," He said hastily, a blank facial expression rippling over his face.

"Hate to break up this little love scene, but in case you hadn't noticed, we've got some supersoldiers marchin down the street.

"Seriously Aragon?" He said, turning around to face him.

Kai got up and shut the door in Aragon's face and locked it. "I'm listening. You can tell what you were going to say," she said sitting on the bed opposite him.

Gandal stood, noticing the mistake he made, "It doesn't matter." He quickly unlocked the door and strolled out nonchalantly.

Kai watched and then shrugged. He would tell her when he was ready. She lay down on the bed exhausted and shut her eyes. She knew what would happen but right now she didn't care.

Kai screamed from the bed and sat up. She began to pant and sweat. Too many.

Gandal's eyes shot open, he ran up the steps to the second floor, bursting into Kai's room.

Kai sat wide eyed on the bed. How long had she been asleep for? She turned her head to Gandal slowly and swallowed.

"Whats going on?" Asked Aragon, appearing by Gandal's side.

"I have no idea." He said wearily. "Are you alright, Kai?"

"The dreams are getting more vivid," she stuttered. They're scaring me."
