As Jack opened the folder, she scanned the words and photos. "This is his family history. There would be a family tree here right?" She looked to Jack.

'Continue your investogation please.' He said, smirking.

She laughed. "Alright then. Over the page please." She flipped the page over and saw the names of his family. "He had two older brothers. Nice. People to keep him company..." She trailed off when she saw the name of the eldest boy. "James..." Tears welled in her eyes. "That's him. That's the name I saw." A tear fell down her cheek. Oh god. Gandal I'm so sorry. She began to cry. I'm so so sorry.

Jack recoiled at the words. 'What could this mean?' He said, sighing as he rested his head on his hands.

"I don't know," she sobbed. "I'm sorry Gandal." She began crying again, her shoulders heaving as she hiccuped.

'How old is he now?' Jack asked, trying to comprehened the information.

"He's three years older than Gandal. So I have no idea. I didn't know how old he was."

'We find him. We kill him.' Jack muttered, standing as he headed for the doors.

Kai looked at him. She agreed but he was so forward about it. She followed him outside. "Where do we start?"

'I may know where he lives. Maybe.' He said as he entered the fresh air, walking down the empty streets, 'We're gonna need a car though.' He added.

"I see. I'll see what I can do." She walked a little ahead and saw some guys at an old car. She walked over to them. "Excuse me. Could I trouble you for the use of your car?" She worked her magic and within about four minutes she returned to Jack with the keys. "You have no idea what I had to agree to in order to get these."

'My curiosity has been piqued.' He said, grinning as he mnetered the vehicle. Jack took the keys from Kai and brought the engine to life. 'What was your deal with those men?'

"Don't ask." She looked away from him and out the window of the car. "Can we just find James?"

He was still curious, nevertheless he let the subject change. 'Fine.' He muttered, swiveling the car out of a parking space and onto the road.

Half an hour later Kai looked back to Jack and sighed. "I sold myself," she said. She didn't plan to go through with it. If anything she was going to wind him.

'What do you mean?' Jack replied, frowning.

"My deal with those guys was me. I sold myself." She scowled. "I don't intend to uphold my deal this time. He's gonna be winded when I see him next."

'Then don't see him next.' Jack smiled, 'We'll be there in a few minutes...' He murmered, his focus returning to the road.

"I have to give him the car back don't I? It's not right to thieve." She sighed and looked out the window again. Why have you put me through this again Gandal?

'I will take the car back in the middle of the night. Alright?' Jack looked at her through the car mirror, frowning at how distressed she looked.

She sighed. "Alright. Thank you." She shut her eyes and tried to get some rest. She was so tired. "Tomorrow's my birthday," she said quietly. "I turn seventeen."

'Oh...' Jack mumbled, he wasn't sire what they could do for their birthday. He definitely couldn't kill James tomorrow. Tomorrow was Kai's day.

"Finding James at least would be a nice present." She watched as trees swung by her window. She cringed. "Killing him would be better but I know that won't be easy."
