Kai got up and walked over to the kitchen to grab a glass of water. She saw Gandal and frowned. "Where are you going?"

Gamdal froze... 'Uh...' He felt bad about lying, 'I need to discuss so!ething the a mate.'

She rubbed her eyes. "With a suitcase?" She wasn't entirly awake but she knew something was up. "I don't think so. What are you doing?"

Gandal scowled, 'fine... You got me...' He looked dissapointed, 'I got a job at a supermarket, I have some medical forms in this suitcase. We're gonna need more money, also.' He smiled with relief.

"Ah... okay," she said with a yawn. "I can get a job tomorrow. I need some time to get organised." She walked into the kitchen and put the kettle on. "You just... do what you need to do."

Gandal smiled as he left the room.

"Hey, what time do you think you will be back?" she called after him.

Gandal stopped... 'Uh..' He tapped his head, 'five hours?' He tilted his head.

"Okay. I'll be here," she said. SHe waited for him to leave. She had her own agenda to attend to.

Gandal continued down the hallway, a rush of guiltiness sweeping over him. He shouldn't of lied to Kai, but he had to. He slipped into the elevator, hitting the '1' button. Abrubtly the doors slid shut and the elevator began to move downwards.

Kai slapped out of her 'sleepy' mood and walked over to her room. She opened her bag and retrieved her laptop. She opened it and logged on. She pulled up all of Gandal's recent phone and email activity. She was surprised to see a few things she had never heard him talk about. Phone calls to a mysterious man, or was it a woman? She didn't know. There were emails he had kept of his family. She saw his mother and father. They looked so happy. She sighed. She wished she had a family like that.

Gandal reached the bottom floor, he stepped out of the elevator briskly, a soft smile touching his lips. He moved quickly towards the exit.

Kai proceeded to look through Gandal's files and internet usage until four o'clock that afternoon. She then went onto her internet and hacked the National Security's system. It was all fun and games to her.

Gandal let the cold air of the street welcome him once again. A black sedan awaited him; engine rumbling. He stepped into the car slowly, he was welcomed by the glance of an overweight man behind the wheel. He nodded and vehicle moved forward.

She fell asleep at six. She was tired from all her hacking.

The black sedan rolled into the driveway of an 'abandoned' warehouse. The large man and Gandal exited swiftly; Gandal carrying the silver suitcase and the man holding a revolver.

"Are you sure this is it, Tom?" Gandal asked, curiosity crossed with caution flushed through his face.

The man named Tom swivelled his head towards Gandal, he nodded subtly and said nothing. Then; they continued.

Kai woke again at eight. She checked her mails then shut her laptop. She walked into the kitchen and made some food. She left a note for Gandal and went back to her room. She ate her food and continued her hacking.

Gandal stepped into the cold warehouse, a chill ran up his spine, bringing about bad vibes. His body shook as the door slammed shut behind him and the man. The large man turned to his left, his body outline faintly visible in the darkness. The man flicked on a light, the source of illumination flashing through the large surrounding. Situated in the middle of the area was a chair surrounded by half a dozen people in black uniforms; guns in hands.

Gandal looked around frantically; this wasn't supposed to happen. Tom laughed, "Nighty night." He said sarcastically as he took out a teaser and fired.

(Did you mean 'taser'?)

Kai began to nod off again when a notice hit her screen. She bounced up, her eyes widening. "You are such an idiot Gandal. You didn't have to lie to me," she muttered to herself. She grabbed her bag and ran out the door.

(I'm hacking. So when I hack, I like to kick back and et my programs do stuff for me. They bring up stuff that is normally irrelevant to what I am looking for. So the message was the plan of the people who have you. Therefore, she knows you are in trouble)

Gandal awoke to the stale smell of mould. His eyes flickered open; around his were white tiled walls, painted with green mould and fungus. In front of him was a large metal door. He stood; no handcuffs. He attempted to open the door but nothing happened, it was locked.

Kai kept running. She had allowed too much time for all of the plans to transpire. She didn't stop until she reached the building. She stopped and looked for cameras. She crouched behind a bin and opened her laptop. Which she had conveniently taken with her. She hacked into the camera feeds for the building and watched.
