Alana stumbled deep into the forest and looked around curiously.

Arland looked around the cave before noticing she wasn't there and sighed, shooting at the painting of himself. He teleported back to the house in the desert and pressed his back against the wall, exhaling loudly.

Alana just walked, looking around, fascinated by the new scenery.

Martin burst through the door in a huff, Arland's eyes swivelling toward him instantly, followed by his head. "Hmph." He grumbled as he pushed part Arland flopped on his lone mattress scowling.

Arland stood there for a second, placing a hand on his hip with grand temptation. "Where were you?" He asked, cocking his head to the side slightly.

Alana continued to walk until the ground turned sandy and the trees thinned out.

"Just had a walk." He said, giving a shrug as he buried his face in his straw pillow. Arland gave a nod before turning away and sighing.

Alana hummed as she walked through the seemingly endless desert, her voice the only sound to be heard, the sand swallowing her very footsteps.

Arland stared for a few more seconds before turning away and shuffling into his bedroom without any further speech.

Alana found herself approaching a small sandstone house, she looked at it and teleported inside. She squeeled in delight and tackled Martin, smiling brightly.

Martin struggled beneath her as he pressed hand against his lips, "Quiet." He muttered as he looked towards Martin's door and pointed toward the front door. "Follow." Martin smiled slightly, but constrained it as he moved through the door and held it open for Alana.

Alana giggled softly, thinking it was a new game and she followed him out the door.

Martin closed the door after them, raising his voice slightly. "Alana, this isn't a game. Do you understand?" He gripped her arm, his voice brittle, yet weary.

Alana looked at him, her head tilted to the side in confusion, like she couldn't understand it not being a game.

Martin stared into her eyes in a bit, before glancing at her leg, 'Are you going to let me fix up your leg now?" He asked, looking away from it abruptly, stains of blood surrounding the wound.

Alana looked down at the wound and shrugged.

"Okay." He said as he moved back to the door before turning around once again, "Wait here." Martin said before ducking inside, returning with a small, white box with a red cross on the front. In his other hand, was a green seat speckled with dirt and slightly broken. "Take a seat." He said as he placed the seat on the ground and went into a kneeling position.

Alana looked at the box curiously and eagerly sat down, excited to see what was inside.

Martin opened the box to reveal numerous medical equipment - tissues, cloth, bandages, scissors, bandaids and other numerous things. They had picked this up at one of the remaining cities where some of the normal clones took refuge, using it sparsely. He looked back at the aperture in Alana's flesh and gulped as he brought out a cloth, and a water bottle which was at the very bottom of the box, splashing the liquid over the material. Martin the brought it to her leg and pat it down on the wound, absorbing the blood and dirt.

Alana watched curiously, her head tilted to the side and her eyes wide. She noticed his hair swaying in the desert breeze as she worked, she smiled and mushed her hands into it, playing with it.

His face deepened with concern hesitantly gave out a chuckle as her hands stroked his hair and moved it around. Martin kept the cloth there with one hand, before raising a pin and a bundle of string. "I need to bring your wound back together." Martin said ever-so slowly as he moved the cloth away with ease and placed it on his lap, before placing the needle in her skin which surrounded the puncture and threaded it through.

Alana flinched and tried to yank her leg back, pulling her hands out of his hair.

"Hey. Stop struggling." He placed her leg back on the chair, keeping it there with a firm hand as he threaded a piece of string on the metal pin and placed it through the parallel piece of flesh.

Alana flinched and whimpered, closing her eyes.

After he few more seconds, he had put the wound back to together and brought the scissors up to the string to cut if off. Martin dabbed the cloth on it once again and looked back, smiling with acomplishment. "Good as new." He announced with a smile.

Alana pulled her leg away when he finished and cradled it, holding it to her chest and humming softly.
