She could see and feel everything around her but couldn't do anything about it. Nothing moved anymore. She tried her fingers. Nothing. Toes. Nothing. She was temporarily paralized.

"What happened Kai." Gandal said hastily, kneeling over the motionless body.

"I don't know. I couldn't breathe. It was like... my wound was taking control of my body." Tears welled in her eyes. "What's happening to me?"

'I dunno... We will have to find Kenspeckle...' Gandal sighed, 'wherever the hell he is.' He mumbled, still gripping his gun for reasurrance.

Aragon brought his laser up and blew up a wall in anger. "Arggh" he cried. He shot a wall and blew another one up. He was snarling. "WE WILL FIND KENSPECKLE AND THEN WE WILL KILL HIM!" He yelled,

Gandal moaned, 'no, we won't you agro.' He said sharply.

"Awww" he complained. "Can I at least hit him" he asked pleadingly. "This is surely his fault" he said.
But he regained himself and helped Kai, and began walking.

'Kenspeckle was the one that helped us.' He scowled as he came towards a large, metal door which had dozens of bullet holes.

"That wasnt me,.i swear" remarked Aragon.

Kai moaned. "Stop fighting guys. This isn't helping."

"Noones fighting, unless you wanna start one?" he suggested. "Anyway, what do you think did it, coz it sure as hell ain't supersoldiers man. Im reading the scan and it says, unknown. So whatever it is, we better be careful" he said casually.

Gandal ignored the constant blabbering of Aragon as he touched a small button on the wall. Abrubtly bricks on the wall slid open revealing the same lab as Kenspeckle had shown them. Hundreds of glass canisters where shattered and liquids were spilled from one side of the room to the other. Inbetween the puddles of chemicals was blood, lots of it.

Gandal stepped past the threshold of the bricks, shock wracking through his body as he noticed an old man, crumpled in the corner of the room. It was Kenspeckle.

Kai's head spun as the door to the lab was opened. Her knees gave way again and she fell against Aragon's shoulder. "Not again," she mumbled. She fell unconsious.

Gandal hoped Aragon could manage with Kai's constant fainting as he rushed over to where Kenspeckle lay, blood trickling from a wound on his chest.

She didn't expect to dream. But she did. She didn't expect to dream about supersoldiers. But she did. And she didn't expect these dreams to be visions of reality. But they were. They looked different though. Not covered in suits. They looked like men. Real men. Not cyborgs or anything. But men. They walked in groups of five. They were serching for something. She didn't know what. But it had to be something important. They all flinched. They could feel her inside their heads. She recognised one. No, she thought. Not my brother.

Gandal took a long glance at the lying Kenspeckle and soon dragged his eyes away, "Dead," He mumbled solemnly, rising to his feet.

Kai was pulled from her vision. "I... I know where they are." She held her hand to her head. "And they know where I am too."

Gandal looked at her, "What do you mean, Kai?" he said soothingly, noticing the waver in her voice.

"I saw them. And they knew I was there. They know. I was in their heads." She looked up t him like a child.

"Where are they then" Aragon said, reloading his pistol. "Let's get 'em" he said, a grim smile on his face.

'This is not a smiling matter, Aragon.' Gandal said, grunting with further annoyance, turning back to Kai, 'are you sure it wasn't just a dream?'

"Hope not" said Aragon, firing up his laser.

"Yes. I think this is why I was unconscious for so long after you two. I think I'm the reason they woke up. It's like I'm conected to them some how." She tried to stand but her legs were like jelly. "I won't be much help in this state. The only thing I can tell you is a rough destination."

"Thats fine" said Aragon, helping her up, walking out the door.

"They're in a five mile radius of this place. It's all forest around here."
