Centuries ago, ninjas were born and trained in the dojo, the legendary birthplace of Ninjas. They grew and trained hard each day. There were 2 Ninja creeds. There was the Legendary Ninjas of the White Dojo, trained in martial arts and combat, who wore white as a symbol of their creed. The other was the Legendary Ninjas of the Black Dojo, who wore black as a symbol oftheir creed. They were trained in weapn combat and stealth tactics. Each creed live in peace and harmony. Until one day, a Black Ninja was found dead, and they believed it to be the work of a White Ninja, as the Black Ninjas believed the White Ninja jealous of the Black Ninjas' skills. This started a legenday war between the two Ninja Creeds. Black Dojo vs. White Dojo.



Hyoto Kiruta sat in the dojo, listening to the sounds around him. The clanging of sword of those who were training, and the soft wind outside. He got up, and started training with 2 other ninjas. He fought fast and quick, and eventually defeated both opponents. as he fought, he thought about the despicable White Ninjas. Those who killed one of the Black Ninjas. Those who had killed his brother. As he thought of this he made a promise to himself. I will kill them all, he told himself.

Akura walked into the dojo just to see the two opponents fall. She clapped her hands. "Nice work Hyoto." She sighed. "Sensei is going to put me in the barracks isn't he?" She had been a white ninja once. Being trained in both of the ninja arts, she was a strong opponent. But now she had to choose a side. To be with her people, or to remain faithful to the Black Ninja Creed. She looked up at him, her katana on her back clanging slightly. Everyone knew of her past. They all knew that at heart, she was still a White Ninja. It was where she grew up. She smirked. "Want to spar? I'll make it worth your while."

"Sure" he said smiling. "Sensei ain't gonna put you in the barracks." he said assutingly. "You're one of the best here" he said, smiling at her. He picked up a wooden stick.

"Hm." Akura walked over and grabbed two wooden sticks. She stood on a 45 degree angle and waited, sticks down, waiting for him to lunge. She smirked again. Wait for it...

He lunged up into the air, coming down hard, and hitting her stick. He landed, spun quickly, and struck again, hitting the other stick. He did a backflip, and landed. He started to regain balance, and waited for her next move.

She stood and smiled. "You're fast. But you're too slow." She ran and slid under his legs. When she got up, she hit towards his neck and side simultaneously, then spun and did the same to the other side. She fell to the floor and kicked his feet out from under him and put a knee to his chest and both sticks to his neck. She smiled half heartedly. "This is training. I'm going easy. They won't." Her face hardened. "Don't hesitate." She stood and began to walk away.

"Lady Akura," someone said from the doorway. She put the sticks back. "You are under arrest by the order of the Sensei." She looked towards the man. He was young and frightened. She had a good reputation. "I understand. Take me to the barracks." The man looked shocked. He turned to Hyoto. "The Sensei would like to see you Master Hyoto. Something about interrogations."

"We're not going anywhere" he said, two katanas sliding out from his sleeves into his hand. "Sensei told me she wasnt going to the barracks. What are you doing?" he asked, katanas in hand. He looked suspiciously at the young man. He was frightened obviously. He must be up to something.

"I wish to see Sensei before I depart to the barracks," Akura said. The man looked at her. Then he nodded. "Of course." Akura turned to Hyoto and shook her head. Now was not the time. Her blue eyes pleaded to him. "Don't. This will only make things worse if it's legitimate." She sighed. "I am ready."

Hyoto glared. He knew she was right. But he was angry. He watched as she lft, and silently followed, as he went to go see Sensei, and question him about the girl

Akura bowed when she saw Sensei. "You wish me to go to the barracks Sensei?" She looked up to him. "Yes. We do not know your true intentions here." She turned her head to Hyoto. "I understand." She turned around to leave the room.

Hyoto glared at Sensei. "Why? Why did you do that. I was worried for ages about her future, and you assured me she wouldnt be going to te barracks. Why did you lie to me. Trust me, I know, she's not here to spy or kill us." he said calmly, still glaring. "She's the best student here. So please. Why?" he asked.
"Because she is too good. If she truly belongs to the White Creed, she could kill most of us. Now please. Leave me in peace." Sensei said, turning to leave.
"Fine" he said, and left. Tonight, I'm busting her out of there, he thought to himself.

Akura handed her Katana, shurikens(ninja stars) and throwing knives to the guard and sat on the bench provided. Hyoto was to be her interrogator. She felt sorry for him. She knew he didn't want to hurt her. He had been interested in her from the moment he saw her fight. She was strong, but nothing like those who had fought her. That changed over the years. She was almost as strong as Sensei now. She smiled. Don't do anything stupid Hyoto.

Hyoto sat in the chair in front of her. He felt sorry for Akura, and it was made worse when he was to interrogate her. So, deciding to get it over with he began his questions.
"Have you left the white Creed for good?"
"Why did you come here?"
"Are you here to spy on us?"
And finally.
"Are you willing to kill a White Ninja?" he asked her.
This question pained him the most, and so did his next action. He held up 4 fingers bound together. On that cue, the small man brought out a White Ninja tehy had been holding prisoner. He was in good condition, as he hadnt been harmed. The small man bound him to a pole, waiting to be told to release him. Hyoto awaited her answer painfully.

Akura sighed. She had been in the barracks for hours without food or water. She sat on the bench. "I don't know. They were my family until I came here," she said calmly. "I came because I wanted to be taught the techniques from both sides. I am not a spy." She flinched at the last question and almost fell over backwards when she saw the ninja. She had sparred with him so many times. He was kind to her even though he was younger. "I may not be able to kill those who I knew. I didn't know everyone but... I may be able to for those I didn't know. I could not kill the Sensei. He took me in and treated me like his own. I am forever grateful for that."

Hyoto sighed deeply. He told the man to bring out another White prisoner, one who had been newly recruited for them. "You shall fight with this White Ninja" he said gravely. He sighed again, "To the death" he said. The Ninja was let go, and he motioned for Akura to get up, and begin the fight with the Ninja.

"I wish to do it elsewhere. It's too crowded here. If you don't mind, I would like to do this in the training area." She stood and looked at the other harshly. She turned to the guard that had taken her Katana. "My Katana please." Her sneered. Then he grabbed her Katana and handed them to her. She placed them on her back and breathed in deeply. She opened her eyes without even realising she had closed them. She looked at the ninja then to the guard. "Give him a Katana. I will not fight an unarmed man." Her glared at her. Then gave the man a Katana.

Ajax meditated to the tranquility of the garden, only listening to the rustling of leaves around him, caused by a soft wind which blew over the courtyard. Breath in. His eyes were closed and his hands were in his lap. Breath out. He loved it here in Japan, being a warrior; a ninja. He smiled, normaly something he wouldn't do whilst meditating. 'Ajax. Sensei has summoned your presence.' A soft voice called in the distance.

Ajax sighed, his eyes opening to reveal the beatiful garden which he sat in. Zenith stood on the steps to the central building, her face pale and her fists clenched. 'As you wish.' He said, standing and heading for Sensei's room.

Hyoto watvhed as Akura walked to the training arena for the battle that would determine her fate. If she won, she was free to stay here. If she didnt win, she would be forced to leave, as an outcast. And Hyoto knew if this happened, he would join her, no matter what. It was cruel that she was forced to fight to the death to prove her worth, Hyoto thought.

Akura stood in the middle of the training area. Her Katana on her back. The ninja was given a blade and the guard hadn't even left yet before he lunged. She dodged it and grabbed her Katana. But instead of both, she only grabbed one. She slashed at him and hit his arm. Blood spurted from it and he screamed out in pain. Akura flinched at the sound. She always had. But this wasn't training. This guy wanted to live. She did a back flip to dodge his cuts. "You swing your Katana too wide. Keep your cuts shorter. Like this," she said and slashed at him. She nicked him twice. Once on the cheek and once on the leg. "You have better control of the blade that way." She knew she wasn't making her case any better. But he was a rookie, what could she say? She spun and kicked his sword hand then kicked his chest with her other foot as she came around. She grabbed her other Katana as she jumped. She landed on the man's chest and held one Katana to his throat and one to his chest, ready to plunge into it. She hesitated, then yelled in frustration, getting off of him and standing to face the guards and Hyoto. She turned to where she knew Sensei would be watching. "I failed your test. I guess this means you won. I'm gone tomorrow if you don't kill me now." She turned to Hyoto sadly. "Don't follow me. It will make your life worse." Her eyes pleaded it to him. But her heart screamed for him to come.
