Karin swam under the water towards him and splashed up, spraying him with water. She laughed happily.

Tarvo jumped back in surprise, almost falling into the water. He knelt down and splashed some water into her face.

Karin sputtered and glared at him playfully before diving under again and going behind the waterfall.

Tarvo couldn't resist any longer. He dived into the water and followed Karin.

Karin heard the splash and smiled as she swam in the cave behind the waterfall.

Tarvo lifted his head out of the water and breathed heavily. He had finally used all the air in his lungs. He smiled and began to float on the surface of the water.

Karin popped her head out of the water, she smiled and looked around the cave. "Whoa..." Her voice echoed. "This place is awesome."

Tarvo laughed. "This is only one place that I've found."

Karin smiled and started giggling happily.

Tarvo couldn't help but smile. She was always so happy. He sucked in a large breath and went under the water, floating through it happily.

Karin smiled and laid out on her back, floating on the water's surface.

Tarvo looked up and propelled from the water, splashing water all over Karin. He laughed. "Sleep tight," he said before going under again.

Karin sputtered and shouted. "Hey!" At him before diving in after him.

Tarvo swam away from her and looked back. He smiled when he saw her follow.

Karin had a smirk on her face as she followed after him and she reached out to grab his foot.

Tarvo turned and smiled at her. He stopped swimming and floated through the water, letting the current take him the way it would. He grabbed her wrist and eased her fingers from his ankle. His fingers lingered a little before he let go and pointed up. He needed air.

Karin smiled and nodded, swimming to the surface.

Tarvo burst out of the water, gasping for air. The trees were brightly coloured and beautiful in the miday sun.

Karin popped up beside him and took in a big gasp of air. She stared up at the trees and sky and let out a small breath, admiring the beauty.

Tarvo smiled and swan to the rocks surrounding the small pond and hauled himself up, allowing the sun to dry him.

Karin floated on the water for a while longer, loving the feeling of floating but eventually followed suit, plopping down on the rock next to him.

Tarvo stretched the muscles in his neck until he was looking at Karin and smiled. "What's your world like?" he asked, genuinly curious.

Karin chuckled. "A lot more advanced that this. It would probably seem like magic to you."

Tarvo laughed. "I know magic isn't real. I have a fair idea of some of the basic technology. We have contacts as well." He sat up and looked out towards the water. His face saddened slightly. She was just like his mum.

Karin looked up at him, wondering why he looked so sad, she sat up as well and put a hand on his back and gave him a small smile. "I'll tell you anything you'd like, we're in this together now after all."
