She nodded and walked out of the tent, heading for the cluster of three men who were talking quietly until they saw the healer. "She'll be -" She stopped, staring at Blaze, "Blaze, is that you?" She asked, eyebrows raised.

Blaze looked away, unsure of what to say at first, "Yeah." Memories of their childhood came rushing back as he gazed into her dark, black eyes.

Slowly Ann opened her eyes slightly and saw her new surroundings. She let out a breath and stayed still laying there trying to recover. The injured palm didn't hurt as much as before. Infact the pain was decreasing well and the once black blood was now a maroon color.

She smiled, patting Blaze on the shoulder, "We have a lot of catching up to do." He returned to the tent, bringing in fresh cloths and and a cup of water which she gave to Ann.

Ann grabbed the cup of water and gave a little nod to thank him. She soon brought it to her mouth and gulped it down as if she hadn't drank in years. Ann panted a little before sitting up grunting.

"My name is Marcia." She said in a soothing voice as she opened a box of white bandages which she began applying to Ann's arm, "How'd you get this horrible wound?"

Her eyes shifted down looking at her arm. "from this doorknob at a house outside the forest..it mustve been cursed or something.." Ann sighed feeling reckless for ever touching that door in the first place.

She nodded, "Why did you touch it?" She said as she clipped up the bandaging with a small pin.

"I heard the tune of a song my mother use to sing to me..So..i followed it and it led me to the door" Ann explained "it was..stupid of me to do.."

Marcia moved back into a wooden rocking chair, sighing as she tried to process the information, "How'd you meet Blaze?"

Ann looked at her then away. "I meet him back at a place i was hiding out for the night..he woke me up then later on he and i escaped from danger that was nearby" Ann explained

Marcia nodded, "You're lucky to have met him - he's a good person but he does..." She stopped talking and began rocking on the chair. "Nevermind."

Ann sighed and looked at the new clothes they had given her. "...i should really get myself cleaned up" She said

"Yes." She smiled, coming to her feet, "Follow me and I will get you somewhere to sleep." Marcia hobbled out of the tent and toward a large, wooden house.

Ann carefully followed behind the woman looking at her own feet as she walked. "hm.."

"Are you fine with sharing a room with Gandal?" He looked back, slightly smiling.

"G-Gandal..? o-oh..no i dont mind i suppose.." Ann replied

She nodded as she opened the door to the wooden structure, "Go to the first room on your left, it's mine but I'll let you have it for the night." She smiled, slightly bowing before walking off back to her tent.

Ann thanked her and did so go to the room where she looked around in awed. She hadnt has really slept in a room or on a bed for a very long time.

Blaze approached the room and knocked on the door of the room, "May I come in?"

"Oh..um sure" Ann answered and sat on the edge of the bed. her hands together placed on her lap.

"How's your hand going?" He said as he sat next to her on the bed, eyeing the heavy amount of bandages which had been applied to wound.

"It does hurt a little but it doesnt hurt as much as it did before..It should be better tomorrow" Ann says with a little smile while moving her hand a little

"Your lucky it was Marcia healing you, she's a good person." He moved to his feet, smiling at her before laying on a bed which was parallel to Ann's.

Ann nodded and exhaled a little looking away to the side seeing the sun's rays through the window.

Blaze closed his eyes, turning his head away from the sun which poured into the room as he tried to get some sleep, knowing a big day was about to arrive...
