Hayden grew furious. "That little... UGH! What the hell!?" His fists were balled up at his sides, glowing like embers. He took a deep breath and thought for a minute, figure them out... her strange reaction... His eyes widened. "She couldn't have..."

Brisa heard what they said out in the hall. She was a little upset that they would say something like that. It wasn't the worst thing said about her. She grabbed a blanket and tucked it around herself before she started to sleep. She moved the air beneath her, making it look like she was floating. She loved sleeping on air, it gives her the perfect night sleep.

Kai's eyes widened with at what Hayden said. He had an idea of what this was about but not the extent. Kai turned and glared at Hayden. Then he looked away and groaned. Why was this girl making him so crazy?

"That bitch... I'm gonna strangle her..." Though Hayden didn't really mean his threat. He was one of those people who's barked but rarely bit. He let out an exaggerated sigh of frustration and headed down the hall to get some sleep in the room next door.

Kai sighed and rubbed his face. He was drained emotionally and couldn't call up anymore for the day. He went to a different room and slept.

Brisa was not yet asleep and heard what Hayden said. Tears fell down her face. She thought she had found a place to be, but it doesn't seem that they liked her. She knew they needed her, but she couldn't stay with people who spoke to her like that. She had taken that kind of abuse for years and wanted to get away from it. She left a note for Kara to read when she got up (Says can't stay here if she wasn't wanted or treated nicely. She knew they needed her help but she didn't want to be hurt in the process) and slipped out the window, making sure to close it this time and melted into the night.

The next morning Kara woke up to find herself alone, she wasn't surprised since that's how she fell asleep, that is until she saw the note. "GUYS!!!" Kara scrambled out of bed stumbled out the door. "GUYS!!!"

Hayden immediately came running. "What!? What is it!?" Seeing no danger Hayden calmed down a little and looked at Kara. "Kara, what are you doing out of bed?"

Kai ran from his room, thinking something bad had happened. When he saw Kara's face unharmed, he knew that nothing dangerous was happening, but knew it was still bad. "What is it?" He asked, wanting to help Kara, but didn't want to touch her and embarrass her.

"I-It's Brisa... she..." Kara showed them the note. "What does she mean?"

Hayden's face fell. "Oh shit... she heard me..."

"What!?"

Kai looked at the note. Then his stomach dropped. He didn't mean for her to leave. He sighed. "When she came out, we pressed her for information. She said something like 'she is figuring you two out' then went back in your room. I might have said some mean things and when Hayden figured out what she meant he said some mean things." Kai looked away ashamed. He didn't want his feelings for Kara to ruin anything but it did. He wished he could turn them off so he could stop making bad things happen.

Kara looked between them, her face actually pulling off anger. "What is wrong with you two!? Why would you say bad things about her!?"

"Because she told you that we love you!" Hayden snapped back before he could stop himself. "It's because she told you our feelings that you were pushing me away and I don't want that! So I was pissed!"

Kai wasn't that bothered. He wanted her to know, she needed to know. Hayden was just hot headed. Kai rolled his eyes without realizing it. He leaned against the wall, collect. He knew she was going to turn beat red. He was tired of these games and wanted them to be over. They had bigger things to attend to than how they were feeling for Kara. Though it sounded horrible to say, Kai knew there were bigger things out there then her right now. Maybe that shows how much Kai cares for her in relation with Hayden, but it was true.
Kai didn't say anything, didn't want to. He wanted Brisa to return so he could apologize and they can continue risking their lives figuring out what was going on in this crazy world of theirs.

Kara blushed as Kai had expected but she was also red with anger, Kai didn't seem like he cared and Hayden was the one who made Brisa leave. "You both are just so... ARGH!!!" She mad the earth collapse under them making them both fall into two deep pits and she stormed out to find Brisa on her own.

Kai fell into the pit, worried for Kara but also impressed. He hadn't seen such power from her since she threw that wall up when they met. The walls were smooth and it was too deep to jump out. "I can get us out, but you won't like it." Kai said to Hayden.
He pulled water from the ground, slowly filling the pit with water so they could swim out.

"FUCK DUDE I CAN'T SWIM!" Hayden shouted as his pit began to fill with water.

Meanwhile though Kara was better she was in no shape to be doing what she was doing, which was running through the forest, barefoot, calling for Brisa. "Brisa! Brisa please come back! Brisa please answer me!" She ran and ran until she slumped to the ground wheezing and coughing, her vision was going blurry. No, I can't be weak, I can't pass out here... But she began to smell something, like an incense but stronger, it was so calming... so soothing... She saw a tall man approaching her and she tried to run but didn't have the strength as she spiraled into darkness.

(Brisa is not chilling in the forest. There are bigger things she is doing.)

Kai continued to fill it with water but fast now. "Looks like you will have to trust me." The water was up to their waists now and rising.

Kara was carried away.

"Shit dude! What are you doing! I said I can't swim are you trying to kill me?"

Kai rolled his eyes. Did he not hear what he just said? "I am not trying to kill us. I am trying to get us out of here so we can find Kara. She isn't strong enough to go wandering around. And I won't let you drown, I have a plan." Was all he was able to say before the water was over their heads. Kai opened his eyes, the water as clear as day. He lifted Hayden up above water. Kai popped his head up. "Don't struggle unless you want me to drop you." Kai said as a threat to keep him still. He wouldn't' drop him even if he were dancing.

Hayden did as he was told for once and looked nervously at the water.

The pit filled and spilt over. Kai shot Hayden out of the water and he climbed out. He quickly pulled the water off of Hayden and off of himself. "Come on, let's go find Kara."

Hayden nodded and they dashed out of the house.

As if Jenny were guiding it just before Kara was brought into a log cabin hidden in the woods Jenny's bracelet fell off, with the best friend heart pointing toward the cabin just a few yards away.

Hayden and Kai ran through the woods and Kai stopped. "How are we going to find her? She is angry at us, I doubt she will come to us if we called her names." He was really worried, she needed food and water. He was worried she would pass out.

In the cabin were two other slimy men and they laid Kara out on a table.

"Quite the beauty isn't she boys?"

"Yeah, quite. She'll rake us in a lot of cash."

"Where'd you find her?"

"Just wandering around the woods, she was sick and weak so it only took a minute of the incense to knock her out."

"Hmm... what do you think boys? Should we... test her out?"

"Man, we'll get more money if she's a virgin."

"But we don't know for sure that she is and even if she isn't she's pretty enough to get us a heap load of cash."

"I agree."

"Alright." The men chuckled darkly and began removing her clothing.

Kai looked down planning on tracking her. He never tracked anyone before but he did practice it a few times. Instead he got lucky, one of Kara's bracelets were on the ground. Kai picked it up and saw the foot prints off in the distance. He ran in that direction and found a cabin. Before he burst in he heard the men inside agree to something. Once inside he realized what. One of the dirty guys loosening the ties on Kara's pants.
Kai summoned a water ball and sent it, boiling, at the man. It hit him and he fell screaming to the ground. Kai took the boiling water and sent it at the next guy who was pulling out his sword. Kai didn't believe these guys were part of any specific tribe. There were roughs feeding on the innocent and the clueless.
He froze the liquid on contact. The man froze, sword not completely out of its sheath. Kai wanted to hurt them worse, but even what he did to the first man was not morally correct. He'll deal with the guilt later, he was too worried about Kara.
He ran over to the table, not wanting to touch her. If he weren't so lucky then Kara would have broken more than what she already was.
"Kara. Wake up." He said in her ear. He could smell the incent on her hair and felt a little light headed but pulled himself together. He looked on the guy's who finally passed out and found the sniffing spice. He held it under Kara's nose, making her wake.

Hayden was startled when Kai suddenly dashed off but hurried after him. When he saw the scene he nearly burst into flames out of fury but took it out on the third guy and hurried to Kara's side.

Kara groaned softly and slowly opened her eyes and quickly sat up. "Where am I!?" She shouted before realizing it was Kai and Hayden. She let out a sigh of relief before seeing her partially naked form, she screamed and covered up. "W-What happened!? What did those men do to me?"

Kai set the salts down and gave Kara a hard stare. "You almost got yourself killed. You shouldn't run off by yourself until you are able to protect yourself. Don't the right thing doesn't apply to you anymore now that you are the last earth bender. You have to have self perseveration. I'm sorry about what almost happened and I hope you're alright." He tried to stay calm, he really just wanted to shout, but he held himself back. He didn't want her to risk her life and it scared him that she was so willing to run off by herself without anyone for protection.

Kara looked away, unable to say anything as she fixed herself up.

Hayden looked between them for a moment then glared at Kai before picking Kara up and holding her in his arms. "Hey... it's ok, you were just doing what you thought was best at the time. Come on, let's get you back to Shala's house." He gave Kai one last glare before walking out with her.

Kara didn't respond, she didn't do anything, she just laid there as he carried her off.
