As our Administrator said, it is very cool. Personally, I prefer the second one, because I don't really enjoy the animation. It is very impressive, but the image is too big ( I mean KBs not dimensions ). Okay, this is not a problem, I just made a note. Also, I love the nice variety of colors ( yellow, good, grey, white ). The font is the best which you can find for this name. Cleopatra was the Queen of Egypt so you looked for a beautiful and official font, right? All in all, it is very good!

Oh, I just noticed, maybe the 'Cleopatra' text needs to be capitilized?
