His eyes darted around the gloomy space, searching for the source of the low moaning. A couple minutes later, softer shadows reflecting off the cave walls.

"I can't see a thing. Merlin, can you provide some light please?"

"Yeah sure. Gimme a sec." He created a new dozen of fireballs, each one a glowing yellow sphere.

Now in front of them; dozens of zombies slowly moved towards them: arms extended and a soft moan escaping their snarled lips.

Hunter puleed out a sword and sliced at some.

Gandal conjured a sword, shadows rasping at the metal, crawling to the tip. He lunged at one of the nearby zombies; his action being replied by a distressed moan which made Gandal cringe. A black liquid; blood; poured from where he thrusted his sword into the monster. He took his weapon out, preparing to lunge at another one.

Vidal stood and did nothing. She was having problems with the shadow that had engulfed her. She was having troubles breathing. Screams of pain entered her head. They weren't her own but they killed her inside when a new one came. She collapsed to the ground and clutched her head. A scream of pain and desperation escaped her lips. She knew now what made shadows so powerful. She wanted nothing more than the light. More than ever did she crave it. She opened her eyes without even realising she had closed them. A darkness enclosed them. Her eyes became as black as raven's feathers.

Gandal glanced back at Vidal; then back at the monsters. He sliced at the zombies, one by one.

Chill pulled a orb out an orb out of his pocket and filled it with magic ice powder.
"Take cover."

Chill trough it and suddenly a flash of white erupted and then all we could see was massess of frozen zombies.

"Job done!"

Gandal nodded in approval, "Thanks." The moaning had came to a cease and his nerves started to relax, "Keep moving." He said.

"The boss is near. I can just sense it!"

Vidal still heard voices and screams. She couldn't move. Her whole body was shaking. She shut her eyes again and clutched her hands to her chest. Her breathing was shaky and her skin felt cold.

Gandal looked back at Vidal... "We need to..." he paused, putting his hands to his temples, "Leave without her if she can't stand the shadow." Sorrow took over his face ashe turned away from her.

Chill saw a giant shadow dungeon on the side of a chasm.

"Lets go there!"

She screamed again. It was a lot higher in pitch and had a larger degree of pain in it. She began to clutch her head. "Leave me alone!" She felt sick. "Gandal! Take it back! It's killing me!"

Gandal nodded, "Okay." He took one last glance at Vidal before running ahead, shadows curling around him; preparing for battle.

Vidal put her arm out but couldn't say anything. She wanted desperately to have the light when all she could see was darkness.

The roaring of a creature could be heard ahead; the noise growing gradually. "We don't have much time!" Gandal yelled.

(You guys will have to continue. I'm just going to writhe in pain while you fight the beast. You can come back for me later.)

(NO! She is a light angel. And she is strong. She is consumed only by light.)

Gandal felt bad for leaving Vidal; but; it had to be done for the welfare of the others.

Vidal felt sick. She couldn't seem to keep her eyes open and the darkness that was trying to consume her was drowning our the light that she craved. She had twenty minutes left until Gandalf's spell wore off. She had twenty more minutes of pain.
