"Okay. That was weird," Marluxia said. "What do you think Gandal? Guys? Should we meet him, or stay?"

'I suggest we follow.' Gandal suggested.

"Good idea. Except I don't know where it went. I guess in that general direction," she said pointing behind her.

'Then that's where we go.' Gandal declared.

"Aragon set magical explosives inside the house, and left his house, and walked, and hid behind a bush, waiting for them to arrive, and walk in the building.

Marluxia walked toward the hill. There didn't seem to be anyone there. She turned to the others. "What now?"

Gandal put his head to the ground, "Meet you on the other side." He said in a rasped voice as his darkened form crawled around him, like tentacles taking him captive. He squatted; then lunged; he flew through the air and over the tip of the mountain.

"Oh I hate that," she mumbled. Marluxia looked up to the sky and her eyes went white. The palms of her hands faced the ground. She lifted herself with the current of the air, then the rest of the grou and followed Gandal's course. She and the group landed softly beside him.

Gandal let his ghastly form slither away as Marluxia thudded beside him.,

"Gandal! There is no need to hide yourself from me. I don't mind how you look," she said reassuringly.
