Jack sighed deeply "Ugh I don't want to go, Greg just leave." Jack said before Tom came to his aid and pulled Greg away, he sat back down with Clary "I'm sorry about that, are you okay?" he asked with a concerned tone.

"y-yeah im fine. its fine" she said smiling "your friends seem..nice" she nodded still smiling

Jack smiled back "Well... Most of them are nice, I have a few I would honestly just like for them to leave me alone, like..." Jack's voice trails off "ANYWAY, let us try not to have that ruin our lunch" he said.

She smiled and nodded "so what kind of music are you into?" she asked

Pero grabbed her bag after throwing her salad away and she left the cafeteria, heading for the art room.

Jack shrugged "I am into a lot of weird music, EDM,depending on my mood dubstep,rock,pop,rap a lot of music, I can't take heavy stuff though, what about you?"

"haha im the exact opposite, I listen to a lot of heavy stuff" she laughed "as you can tell by my shirt" she smiled

Jack joined in on Clary's laughter, usually he wasn't this light-hearted about anything "So you said you liked art? What kind of art do you like?" he asked

"manga and street art" she nodded "banksy is awesome, whats your favourite song?" she asked keeping the conversation going at a comfortable pace.

"Favorite song?" He had to think here "It changes from time to time... All the time but right now it is The Adventure" He replied with a smile enjoying the conversation

"awesome" she smiled, "who's it by?" Clary said smiling

"Some indie artist my friend showed me, I don't really like much of his work but that's an exception to the list, his I guess it would be stage name is brother blake," Jack said before realising he hadn't even touched his lunch yet.

"Awesome" she smiled, Clary realised she hadn't eaten lunch but she didn't feel like it.

Jack pulled out his lunch and took a few large bites before looking at Clary and noticing she wasn't eating "Are you not hungry?" He asked

"No..not really" she smiled and sat back taking out her phone to check her messages quickly then sliding it back in her pocket

Jack noticed her pull out her phone while he was eating, he grew worried that she was bored. He decided to ask a personal question "Do you have any siblings?"

"Yeah, I have a younger brother, younger sister and an older brother" she smiled "how about you?"

"I have an older brother who is one of the closest friends, he doesn't go to school though since he is too old for it now" Jack said with a slight laugh and a smile

"Awh that's sweet that you're so close, I rarely see my older brother" she sighed "he moved away a while I go and I miss him a lot, he used to help me cope with stuff" she looked up at him smiling

"Aww that sucks" "For a while my brother moved away but then he came back. It's kinda funny for a long time we didn't get along but now" Jack said with a smile

"Awh" she smiled "I have to baby sit tonight ugh" she laughed "younger siblings is not cool" she joked

Jack laughed at her joke "I don't think I could babysit by myself, I feel like I would do something wrong. But I think it's cool that you're going to babysit your younger siblings" He said with a smile

She smiled "pfft yeah, where I used to live my friends used to help me but um my best friend passed away so she can't really..." Clary said looking down sadly

Jack looked down at Clary dropped a massive verbal like explosion "I am so sorry to hear that, you have my deepest sympathies, if you want to talk about anything try and find me if you want" He said honestly

"It wasn't your fault, it's fine, I just- hey I know I don't know you that well but this weekend would you like to..visit her grave with me?" Clary asked quietly
