| Nights tend to be a very boring time for you; all there is to do is to sleep, and you don't even remember your dreams when you wake up. Until now. Recently, you've been able to remember some, if not all, of your nighttime occurrences, and they've been… pretty similar. Just the same old weaving though foreign plants, getting food, running away from the behemoth predators lurking around the corner… However, you're not the only one. Far from it, actually. Many people around your area have been reporting the same things happening in their dreams, including some of your friends. There is a theory that there exists another world, the one that souls frolic in while they dream. However, upon waking up, all memories of said world would disappear, under normal circumstances. From the posts of the forum "Dreamdiscussion.net", where people would often talk about their experiences in this "dream world", it would seem that there are 7 areas, each with vastly different characteristics. In addition to the influx of this event, your dreams have been becoming more interesting; you're starting to see humans, and they're in rather interesting situations.... What will you do? |

| It was this dream again; He was once again reduced to a small quadruped in the misty area, and covered by ash-grey fur. However, this time he found himself in front of a lake, and well, he dipped in. It's been a while since he last went for a swim, and he was pleased with how easily he slip through the water. Reaching the surface to breathe, he sees something, no someone. It was a humanoid figure, covered in a white robe. Blue runes were circling it. What... Before he had anytime to investigate further, he found himself tangled in something soft-- his sheets. He was in his room now, and wide awake. He sighs, and looks at the calender hanging in the corner of the room. It was Monday. Better get ready for school... |

| Aurora was sitting at the desk in her sweat pants and hoodie. She was writing in her journal about her dream. She loved writing and her dreams have never been anything of interest until the one she had last night. She was in her usual tree watching. She preferred to be overlooked and her gray fur helped her blend in at this time of night. Usually she would just sit there watching and then go and do some searching through the neighborhood. She never knew what she was searching for but she never found it. But last night was different. Before she could get down from the tree she saw someone. A person. She had never seen a person in this barren city before. The person quickly got bigger as he ran down the street. Aurora was frozen, never wanting to be seen and afraid that any movement would attract attention. Then she noticed more people running behind the first. As the group passed under the tree, Aurora noticed the purple blur of their shirts before disappearing into the dark after the person. She went to get out of the tree and before her small gray paws made it to the ground, she jerked awake. The bell rang for class to begin stirring Aurora from her writing. She got out her notebook and started to take notes over comma usage. |

| A thick blanket of mist had been thrown over the lands, just the way James has liked it. He had grown affectionate for the gloom which lay over his territory. The darkness provided him comfort, the comfort which he didn't receive in the real world. In reality.
The crane moved forward with elegance which was expected of such a beautiful bird. James. was covered with pale greyish-light blue feathers and held a crown of blue feathers on his head. This was the way he liked it... The silence... the cacophony of darkness. Wondrous.
"Mr. Beck!" Mrs. Cak screeched, slamming a hand on James' desk. The boy awoke abruptly, shaking his head once only to realize he was in Math class.

| Cimarron was put to bed and now she was fast a sleep and in dream land. Lately the little girl had been having some odd dreams, she was flying over tall buildings, looking for a place to rest, yet there was none. She was a pigeon, not a pretty one, as they didn't exist, but a city rat... Around her Cimarron would see purple hooded people doing things, but she was never sure about what. |

| Yuuki almost arrived on time, but alas, he was five minutes late. He grudgingly walks into math class, handing a bright yellow late slip to the teacher, and sits in his usual seat, right behind James. He pulls out his math homework.
"So, what did I miss?" |

| James turned around, making sure Mrs. Cak wasn't looking, "You missed diagrams of crap." He replied, scowling as he returned to copying notes into his workbook. His previous dream had been an interesting one... It felt so much more realistic then the other ones. Sometimes James wished it was real. |

| "Thats... great.... Say, can I copy your notes later on? You have English next, right?" He leaned on one arm while waiting for the the teacher to move on-- he was a quick note-taker. |

| "I guess." He murmured, And yeah, English is next." James had fully memorized his school time table on the first day. It was an unknown skill he possessed, as if his brain was a hardrive which belonged to a computer. |

| "Great! I have it too." He smiled, and went back to note-taking, before the teacher could notice them talking. This was going to be a great year. |

| Aurora went to math and took up her usual seat in back. People did not bother her which was fine by her. She watched from her post in the back of the class. She seen two girls passing notes. A guy considered a nerd staring at a popular girl. Yuuki and James shared quick conversations about class and their schedule. And a boy who could care less about being here, sticking gum under his desk. Aurora noticed all this while taking notes on how to graph a line and Pythagorean theorem. She was lonely sometimes, but then she realizes all the things people miss because of how wrapped up they are in their own world and she forgets her earlier lonesome. |

| James sighed, he hadn't liked English. All his marks involved were straight C's. He turned a page in his book as the teacher turned on a projector as a math equation was splayed over a white board. "Oh goodie." |

| Aurora glanced around the room one more time before she started to write in her journal. The equations on the board are review from her previous year. She sketched the one scene in her dream different from all her other dreams. She finished the running person and had begun on the people in the purple hoodies when the teacher called on her. "Aurora, what would be the answer?" She wasn't intending to be extremely mean. She just wanted her to pay attention. "Four pi." Aurora threw out an answer that made since with the work already started on the board. She doesn't pay attention to the teacher long enough to know if she's right because she is distracted by the twenty some eyes that were starting at her. Aurora shrunk into her chair, it was like her bubble of unanimity was popped and people now knew she was there. |
