"So what happened with your Dad?" he asked hin quietly, so Charlotee wouldnt hear. "Is he the one that's respinsible for you're beateing?" he asked seriously.

"you know .. you not the only one that is concerned for blaze" she said harshly and got up and ran away

"Yes." He said hastily, staring into oblivion. He gulped, fearing he made the right choice by telling the truth. He turned to see Charlotte running away, he shook his head,

Charlotte was so upset now.. first mac being rude about her inviting them over secobd trying to seek out was wrong with blaze when she was just as concered and he told her to leave it.. she went into the libary

"So, so he, he beat you" Macintosh said, feeling sick at the very thought. "But he, he cant, thats, thats just...wrong" he choked, feeling very sick. "Are, are you ok?" he asked him. "You're not going back are you?" he asked him seriously. "If you want, your welcome to stay at my olace fir as long as you need, how ever much time you want to stay there. Mum and Dad would be ok with it, and besides, they're away on a 3 week business trip. So you're welcome to stay" he told him.

"No. I am fine. It is gonna be fine." He mumbled, regretting the words instantly, nothing was going to be fine. Nothing at all.

Charlotte sat in the libary .. wondering why mac had been rude and why they didn't trust her.. she had to stop thinking anout it it was making her sad.. she picked up a boook and stared to ready to take her mind off it

"Dont tell me that. Who do you think you're kiddin'?" he asked Blaze. "Like I said, you can stay at my house." he told him, again offering help.

"No. I will live with my parents." He was quick to change the subject, "Mr. Blackman is freaky..."

"I will not allow you to return Blaze. Besides" he said grinning" you owe me fir punching me in the nose, so do me a favour and stay at my place will ya?" he said, hoping desperatly he would agree.

"I have made my decision. No." He said, not a trace of a smile on his face. He looked away, frowning.

"Fine then, but I swear, if he beats you one more time, I will not allow you to go back there" he told him, wondering why the hell he would want to go back. The bell rang, and he headed off to his last class.

Charlotte exited the libary and went to her last class .. sose... she waited outside for blaze and mac. she wanted to talk to them before class...

Macintosh stopped walking, and decided to wait for Blaze. He walked over to him. "Come on Blaze" he said "Its time for class.

Blaze stood and headed for SOSE class, silence enveloping him.

Charlotte continued to wait outside for balze and mac

He came to the door of the SOSE room, giving a slight wave to Charlotte. He smiled for the first time all day. He liked SOSE, hopefully he had a good teacher.

"Blaze, wait" she said.. "can we talk before we go in, you to mac"

"What's wrong?" He asked, pausing.

"I dunno, but this uad better be quick" Macintosh said. He pointed out a teacher walkijg down the hall. "Ok, go ahead" he saod.

" I am sorry.. if i brought up chilling at my house at the wrong time, i am also sorry for storming off at lunch.. if you don't want to tell me what going on that fine... hope we can continue being friends.." she said
