| I'm not sure.
It seems like everyone I know from East Africa (which is a lot, since marrying an East African) insists yes, and that they've seen them and that they are very beautiful.
It's strange, I never thought in a million years I'd see any merit at all to the folklore...But, I'm starting to think 'well, these people aren't crazy. I know them...And they ALL insist...' |

| I have no personal reasons to believe in their existance. There are many interesting theories and myths about them though. It is an interesting topic once you dive in. |

| Dont believe in mermaids, never have. Onlu folklore myth I think may exist is the Loch Ness monster.. |
