Yes, I agree that it's too risky, but you will have many options and more things to do with it. I have not tried it and I don't want to do it, but I have watched many videos about it. I suggest not doing it because you will possibly have many problems. If you want it so much, then talk to an expert. This is my opinion, so if you want, you listen to me.

It's a bit risky and could have serious consequences if you're the one caught in possession of a jailbroke iPod, my friend wanted me to jailbreak his so I did it for him but even if I had an iPod I would not jailbreak it because I don't think I'm willing to take the risk of getting punished or prosecuted for it.

I would to gain more experience and it seems kinda cool to do nowadays
