Why not make forums trophies...
Trophy for the first post..
Trophy for the first topic...
Trophys for first blog......
Etc....

I've seen trophies before, but never on a phpBB2 forum. It's possible we can't implement it due to our software.

I think that having some trophies would be pretty interesting. You would just have to edit HTML files and possibly some CSS to be able to make it work but I think it would work.
