I saw this idea in onther forum and I like it a lot
So I decided to bring it here with some differents to be suitable to our forum. .

Let's start. .

What is a user group:
A user groups are groups that member can purchase for a little money..name it..Choose a badge for it..Choose its color...etc


What am I exactly offering?

I am offering you the ability to purchase your own usergroup and full ownership rights.
This means you can do whatever you want with the group, such as ::
**Customize the groups colors
**Customize the groups name
**Create applications which users must fill out in order to gain access to your group.
**Charge money and/or posts, reputation, ext for users to gain access into your group.
**You will have your own area of the site to discuss things to ONLY group members.
**Have a custom badge made for your usergroup.
**And so much more!


How long will I own my group?

You will own your custom group forever, unless you get banned.


So how much does it cost?

we can make it cost for a normal member 10 $ as a start and then increasw the price after we had a lot of members
And we can make it costs 5 $ for the staff


So what you think about this idea
Sure we will need a gfx designer for the badges
But we can make an ad. On TAZ

Hmmm... we dont exactly have money, but i believe this couod be a good use for RPG tokens.

but..you mean that you don't have a donation method

I think that this would be a nice idea but the only issue is you would end up with a ton of usergroups and the legend would just get filled with it.

Yeah, that's why I'm not really wanting to implement this. It's a good idea, but not something I'd like to implement. I might consider adding it without the colorized usernames, but that just seems like something people wouldn't really give actual money for.

I don't know how that forum pulled it off. Those prices are just waaaay too much for something that ultimately means nothing.

But yeah... That's not really something I think I'd be too comfortable adding. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

I reckon RPG tokens would be a better use though. But a bit more expensive then the above prices, as RPG tokens are common, and most users are abundant. I myself have 983 tokens.
