Zenonia 1 - 4/4
Pros: Deep, intricate, console-style RPG gameplay; great animation; has a sense of humor; long, highly replayable adventure.
Cons: Takes a lot of grinding; needs a final proof-reading.
Bottom Line: Though not for casual players, Zenonia is as lovingly crafted as the best 16-bit console RPGs.

Zenonia 2 - 4/4
Pros: Four unique characters; well optimized for the iPhone; smooth progression; online PvP; lots of replay value.
Cons: Grammar issues; some grinding is built into the game.
Bottom Line: The iPhone's first game-changing RPG is back and yet again setting the bar higher.
Zenonia 3 - 3/4
Pros: Great retro graphics; loads of upgrades; many hours of gameplay.
Cons: Combat is mostly button mashing; lots of fetch quests; too talky; enemies respawn.
Bottom Line: Zenonia 3 is full of traditional action RPG fun, but we wish Gamevil would do more to push the genre forward.

Zenonia 4 - 3/4
Pros: Gorgeous graphics, deep RPG elements.
Cons: Stale formula; grinding-based gameplay; nonsensical story.
Bottom Line: Zenonia 4 is a great-looking, deep action RPG, but its repetitiveness and reliance on grinding will turn off many gamers.

Zenonia 5 - 3/4
Pros: Plenty to do, gorgeous graphics, excellent controls.
Cons: Freemium model requires real money or excessive grinding.
Bottom Line: Zenonia continues its genre-dominating trend with another excellent entry into the series.
