"I'll just stick with the basic techniques for now, I'll try to expand on them in future I guess," he said looking at the spark in Steven's hand. "This is pretty much the only thing I can do easily," he added on and then he created a large ball of fire twice the size of his hand and began to throw it around.

"Alright then" he said "I know most of the basic spells and also many advanced, so if you ever want to learn to a higher degree, I can teach you." He created a medium sized purple globe in his hand, sparks flicked off violently in every direction, "So, when you wanna learn"

"This afternoon I guess," Giovanni said casually while throwing the fireball up into the air and leaving it above his head, like a hovering light above him. He then grabbed a book from his bag, studied a page very carefully and nodded several times.

(Presuming there would be like a... training place) "Alright, meet me at the training facility around... 3 o'clock I guess." Steven walked off casually, small sparks coming from his body.

"Okay, I guess I'll see you then," Giovanni replied casually while looking at the book still. He sighed as he realised his father wasn't going to be too pleased today.

" Frost boy?" Jack chuckled as Giovanni spoke. Before he could make a second remark, another student approached. They were making quite the scene. He wasn't sure what to make of this odd situation, but it was fun to see Vanni flustered a bit. Kenneth had been giving Luna googly eyes since he stepped into the scene, he didn't know Kenneth at all really, but the strange word and obvious hitting on of Luna came off as odd to Jack.

" I have no idea what that word means." he said as he looked to Kenneth. He was going to ask Kenneth what it meant, when Giovanni and Steven began speaking about training. " The Prince must have lightning, to strike down those that oppose his reign!" Jack said dramatically as he shook his fist in the air.

Giovanni chuckled slightly. "Well, as I'm bound to take over somewhere when I become old and strong enough I guess lightning would be good, but I feel like it's getting a little bit hot in here, wouldn't you agree Jacky?" He said as he created another fire ball and then made it vanish.

Steven looked back at Jack, and threw a small spark at his feet, "That's right, you'd better watch out" he said laughing a little.

Jack stood still, but clenched his left fist a bit as the fire ball appeared. As soon as Steven's sparks went off, Jack slid back, and then forward, slowly circling around Giovanni. " That's cold man, you know I can't take the heat." He joked, as he always did, but he was serious this time. Fire wasn't something he enjoyed being around, not that it sent him into shock or anything. "And you, Steven.."Jack continued as he stopped in front of the young man. "I got nothin', lightning's pretty cool."

"Yes, you could say ice is too" he joked, throwing sparks around.

Giovanni just laughed as he noticed more and more people were surrounding the group trying to see what was going on. "So, Ice-man, care to teach me a few tricks one day?"

(Just realised your name is refrencing pokemans, right Shane?) "Do you aspire to be some... master wizard guy, Giowhatsit?"

Giovanni just laughed before saying. "Eh, something along those lines. It's not my aspiration though, it's my families, granted my father doesn't care much for teaching me anything, he says 'I need to learn from my peers.' "

"I see... well, I'd be happy to teach you some of this lightning stuff." he said before adjusting his glasses slightly.

"Thanks, it'd be good to show the old man what I can learn," he said before mumbling "ugh I have to deal with him taking my class today." So, what do you aspire to be?

"No can do Vanni. Family secrets and all that" He replied while conjuring an ice crystal, styled like a snowflake. He spun it on his finger as he slowly slid around. " They say the Frost line's magic comes from the direct link which our dead relatives, and that our ice is actually just use controlling the very chill of the after life. They could also be completely off and it might just be unexplainable magic." As he finished speaking the snow crystal exploded into a small burst of proper snow.

"Heh, gotta be careful a Vah'sant doesn't gain that knowlege, you know what they say with us and our books, how one day we'll have everything documented down. Doesn't it disturb you slightly though that you're possibly drawing power from the afterlife?"

"I guess I aspire to be the most powerful lightning wizard, it would be cool to learn some other stuff as well, but mainly lightning" he said before making a small ball of electricity and throwing it at the wall, causing it to explode in a shower of sparks.

Jack stopped sliding, and let the ice on his feet melt. Standing still for nearly the first time since their little group had started standing in the hall. He looked down at his hands, a cold mist resonating from them. "Sometimes, I wonder what sort of devil my ancestor made a deal with to be able to summon the cold of the after life. To be able to control the very chill of death...But then I remember that my family's full of old stories and legends, and so long as I don't accidentally conjure a spirit, I choose to believe it's just plain old ice magic." He smiled as he stopped the frost show with his hands. He wasn't being honest though, he believed every word of his parents stories. He had seen first hand what his father, and grandfather could do. There was something dark, in their ice, something dead.

"To be able to conjure a spirit... that'd be... interesting," he said "I don't know where lightning magic comes from, my father never really talked about it's origins, he just taught me how to do it."

"I guess it's just one of those old tales to cover up anyone else from trying to learn it. Conjuring up spritis can be fun though, you can make friends with them sometimes like I did with..." Giovanni began trailing off and had a worried look before grinning.

"My father used to conjure spirits sometimes, late at night I'd watch him practice his magic, and sometimes he's summon a wolf, or something else, they'd always glow a light purple and stuff" Steven said "It was kinda creepy as a kid, I guess, but know... I wish he had of taught me how to do that"

"Well maybe one day I'll teach ya! Granted mine aren't always animals... If you catch my drift," Giovanni said with a slight chuckle while looking at his hands.

"Cool" Steven said throwing a ball of electricity around.
