Ebbing Light is a game I am working on that is in very early development. This topic is here so I can receive suggestions (hopefully), post updates in what's happening on the game and put down some screenshots for you guys to see. I haven't developed much in the game and currently working on the early stages of the game, such as the prologue, the collection of various scripts and images, and other little things.

I don't have a specific storyline laid out, but the game is set in a post apocalyptic dark fantasy setting, revolving around the idea of the 'darkness', which is an alternate universe, basically a parallel dimension to the current dimension known as Dorian. The Darkness contains many creatures which hope to devour Dorian's light. The Darkness has invaded once, but they were pushed back into their dying world, dwindling on the forthcoming destruction.

Character Applications

Since most of this game is based off a role play I created on RPG Lounge, I thought it'd be suitable to let people actually make a character application for characters in the game. Not playable characters, but NPC's. Below is a character application form, which would be required to be completed for the implementation of a character. I can't promise your idea of the character will be perfect, as I may have to make some adjustments so it fits into the storyline or the location I'll be placing it in. However, I'll try my best to make it exact.

I am using RPG Maker VX Ace, which incorporates RGSS3 (Ruby).

Other: (Optional.) This is a long running character of mine. I've used him as an NPC in D&D for years. He's an NPC that, if found by the players, will hand over a random potion or small amount of money.

@Nemo. Nice character, however, I'm going to need to make some modifications to the description of your character when implementing it into the game, as it might be difficult to make someone with such an appearance.

Okay, so I've been thinking about this, and have decided to put this project on hiatus (break) until further notice. This is due to school work I need to be doing and how much I'm rushing into the project without pulling apart the storyline and going through that.
