Jack laughed a little and felt his face grow a little hot. "Hehe, well I guess I can be a rebel sometimes" he said awkwardly then he leaned in closer, bringing his lips almost into contact with Clary's.

She giggled, leaned up and kissed him softly.

Jack kissed her back, he felt a feeling of ecstasy as he did so, even though it was brief, he felt as if time stopped the second their lips made contact.

She smiled and smiled and pulled back blushing.

Jack couldn't wipe the grin off his face even if he tried, the smile he had from kissing her was impossible to remove. "That was... perfect" is all he managed to say, regardless of the fact it was in a low whisper.

She smiled brightly "I agree completely" she nodded.

Jack chuckled a little at Clary's choice of words. "Indubitably." Jack replied, laughing a little at his own odd word to use.

She giggled "You're amazing" she said shyly.

Jack grinned, he wasn't used to being complimented. He felt his face grow hotter, and he didn't know if he was blushing or not. He assumed it would be really awkward to ask, god what would that even sound like? "Am I blushing?" He thought. Well at least he hoped he did. When he heard the words leave his mouth he buried his face in his hands instantly.

She giggled and peeked at him through his hands, "Yes, and its adorable" she said smiling.

He laughed a little, still not wanting to show his face. Eventually he parted his hands from his face. He saw Clary smiling and he smiled back. "No way in hell is it more adorable then you how ever!" he replied with a grin.

She blushed and smiled "Thank you" she said shyly.

"Thank you?" He said in an odd tone "B-But it's the truth!" he said smiling.

She giggled and rested her head on his shoulder, so he couldn't see her face, "If you keep making me blush I'll turn into a tomato" she teased.

Jack laughed a little. He kissed Clary on the top of her head and smiled. "You'd be the most beautiful tomato." He said with a slight chuckle.

She giggled "suuure" she said.

"It's true!" He exclaimed. He turned and looked at Clary before hugging her. He sighed happily as he did so.

She hugged him back and winked "Riight, I totally believe you"

Jack pushed her back softly and stared into her eyes while saying "It's true!" with a smile, he could see his reflection in her eyes.

she looked back into his eyes, "Fine" she huffed playfully and pouted.

Jack laughed a little, he was having so much fun with Clary. More than he would be having with most of his 'friends.' "Besides tomatoes are cool they uhhhhhh are used in sauce?" He said unsure of himself, trying to be smart about something he had no idea about was never really his strong suit

She laughed "Okay, my future is being sauce for some sort of pasta, cant wait" She laughed again and shook her head smiling.

Jack instantly blurted out "no, no, no! You're too beautiful to go into pasta, I'd say something a bit more cla- WAIT NO! YOU'RE NOT A TOMATO!" Jack said feeling slightly stupid. No one had ever really rused him into saying weird stuff like this, he felt really flustered. But also he enjoyed the fact someone could do this to him.

She burst out laughing "You're so adorable Jack" she said wiping tears of laughter away.

Jack laughed a little and blushed a bit "Thank you." He mumbled while trying to bury his face in his hands yet again. "God I feel so embarassed" he thought to himself.
