"Nothing, sorry about being late, one of my teachers held me up" He said while grabbing a few books "What about you?" He asked with a smile.

"Uh suppose I'm good" she said to him, "I'm sick of school already, thank god it's Friday" she said

"Already? Aww but it's so f-" Jack tried to say but couldn't supress the laughter. "Yeah gotta love the weekend" he said back.

"Yes, who doesn't?" She said as she spotted Gregg from lunch and suddenly went quiet sinking down in her chair

Jack sighed as Greg entered the room. Greg walked over to Jack muttering something under his breath as he passed. Jack noticed Clary shrink in her chair, when he made sure Greg wasn't looking he asked "Are you okay?"

"Hm? Yeah completely fine." She said looking straight ahead, she was dreading the walk back from school really

"Alright then" Jack said he overheard people a few rows back whispering about something he heard the words "f-ed up" and turned around and walked over to them and said "How about you mind your own f-ing business" he said before walking back to his seat.

Clary looked at the people in disgust and flipped the off then looked at Pero sympathetically

Jack noticed Clary look at Pero he didn't really know anything about Pero, aside from a few rumors and gossip which he never delved into.

Clary wrote down noted in English and stood up when she got a phone call off her best friend..."but she's dead...." Clary said quietly, luckily the teacher had walked out for a while and she answered it but it was only her brother, she explained to him she was in class and then put the phone away shakily

Jack overheard Clary speak to someone on the phone, he didn't hear much but she looked shaky as she put away her phone "Are you okay" he asked "You looked kinda... Shaky"

"Yeah...just I got a phone call and the number came up as my friend..." She swallowed "who died but it was just my older brother so I'm a bit shaken"

Pero glanced up and rolled her eyes at their 'sympathy' she didn't care what people thought, it was the truth after all.

Jack looked down at the ground and said "oh... Yeah I can understand why that would make you shaky" his voice trailed off

Clary layed her head on the desk and sighed heavily

Pero got up and went to the bathroom.

Jack noticed Pero as she got up to go to the bathroom and he looked over to see Clary lay her head on the desk, Jack started to take down notes.

Clary fell slowly bit surely fell asleep accidentally she mumbled softly in her sleep

Pero made it to the bathroom and reached into the back of her dress, pulling something out. "I guess that painting will never get finished."

Jack looked at Clary as she mumbled thinking she was talking to him but then realised she had fallen asleep, he gently shook her trying to wake her up.

Clary jumped awake with wide eyes "shit I fell asleep" she said looking around

"Welcome to the land of the awake" Jack said with a slight laugh "I thought I would wake you up before the teacher did".

Pero lifted up the knife and tested it's sharpness on her finger, blood almost instantly oozing as she pressed it against her thumb.

Clary laughed at jack "thanks" but she couldn't help wonder where Pero was

"Pero left the classroom, dunno why" Jack said.
