How about having a Member of the month, Where someones does the most posts in a month?

We did try having a member of the month system, but it seemed it didn't really worked out the way I wanted to. Things weren't organized and these types of things may encourage posts, but also spam.

I'll see what other staff members have to say about this before a full decision is made.

Member of the month is a nice idea. But it wouldn't be based on post count, that title should be awarded based on a member's contributions to the forum; helpfulness, activity, behavior, etc. Having the most posts that month is not deserving of the title.
