gray turned to the other two
" i suppose we should see whats wrong with her...."

Coral shook her head to clear it and nodded. "R-Right..." She said and hurried over to Nerina.

" stop telling her to talk unless you want her to die that is, she's caughing up blood isn't that sighn enough she can't speak?"

Jon glared up at him. "So how do I know what to do if I don't know what's wrong with her!?"

gray didn't answer he simply pushed jon aside as he took a potion out from the bag he was carrying.
she was squirming too much so he poured it into his mouth.
then quicly locked his lips onto hers spilling all of it down her throat.
he then dropped her
" she'll be up in a few hours....."

Coral's eyes widened and she looked away, for some reason she didn't like seeing that.

Jon was fuming. "If you had a potion you could have told me and I would have fed it to her." He growled.

gray rolled his eyes
" ah yes im sure you would have, this pacific potion is hazardous to fire bender, want to run that by me again?"
she walked over to his bag
" don't be so quick to anger jon....."

Jon was still glaring at him and he picked Nerina up defensively and carried her over to a patch of grass and laid her down, stroking her cheek.

Coral was upset for some reason, she didn't understand why but what she had just witnessed had hurt her. "I-I think I saw a stream nearby, I'll go fill our canteens." She said quickly, snatching up their canteens and hurrying off, not once looking at Gray.

" ah....sure coral..."
what had gotton into her all of a suddon?
he sighed and turned to jon
" once coral comes back we need to move out weather she's up or not."

"Fine." He said stiffly not looking at Gray and continued to stroke Nerina's cheek softly with his thumb, it grazed lightly over her lips and he felt a stabbing pain in his chest.

Once Coral reached the stream she sighed as she filled the canteens. "What is wrong with me?" She asked quietly. She looked out at the water and muttered, "I need to cool off." She looked around to make sure there was no one there then she pulled off her clothes and dove into the water.

nerina woke up sooner then gray had thought.
" ehh......what the hell happend?"

Jon was momentarily distracted from his pain and anger by the relief he felt seeing her ok. He hugged her tightly. "Thank goodness you're ok! You suddenly collapsed and were coughing up blood."

Coral swam for a little while then sighed and reluctantly climbed out, she got dressed and even more reluctantly began walking back to the group.

gray walked over to the two exaiming nerina
" do you feel hot? if so then you'll have to take it easy."

Jon held her protectively, his back to Gray.

Coral finally arrived to where the others were. "I have the water..." She said quietly, her hair dripping and her clothes a little wet from the water on her body.

gray scuffed
" fine let her be sicker see if i care...."
he turned his attention to coral
" umm.....if i recall you siad you were getting water, looks like the water got you."
he chuckled

Jon didn't respond to Gray, instead he looked at Nerina and stroked her hair. "Do you feel alright?" He asked softly.

Coral looked down. "Yeah..." She said quietly handing him his canteen.

nerina yawned
"....yeah.....dizzy but for the most part i feel fine."

gray noticed coral's response to his joke and he felt confused.
" hey whats wrong?"

Jon nodded and hugged her close. "Don't scare me like that..."

Coral avoided looking at him as she answered. "N-Nothing's... wrong..."

nerina let out a fiant laugh
" not exactly my fault......the curse kicked in...."

he lightly grabbed by the arm
".....its not nothing come here..."

Jon looked at her, confused and worried. "What... curse...?"

Coral didn't look at him but she only struggled a little. "I said I'm fine..."

nerina bit her lowerr lip unsure how to respond to that.
".....its a long story..."

gray wasn't haveing this he picked her up over his shoulder and started walking.

"H-Hey!" Coral tried to get him to let her go. "P-Put me down!"

Jon looked over as Gray carried Coral away. "I think we've got time." He said looking back at Nerina.

she took a deep breath and explained how from childhood up she fell under a curse.
that takes over, her eyes turn red and all her emotions leave all she can do is kill in that state.
but it takes a toll on her body.

gray took coral to a spring and put her down
" now tell me..."

Jon's eyes widen and he held her closer. "So that's why..."

Coral didn't look at Gray and stayed silent.

she tilted her head
"....thats why what?"
